I have a large support system with Florida Homes Realty and Mortgage and can rely on many resources. However, I do not work for a team whose sole purpose is to only gather more sellers or buyers, compromising client service. When you call me, you can be assured you will be talking with me. I will be the one handling your transaction throughout the whole process. I limit the number of clients I work with at a time to make sure I can maintain high client attention and dedication.
Experience and Service Areas
I am a full time Realtor and, between Florida and Delaware, have combined sales experience over 15 years with residential resale and new construction. I am very comfortable and knowledgeable with both sellers and buyers.
Excellent customer service and positive communication are very important to me. I provide a listening ear, dedication to my clients, and continual communication with all parties. I strive to provide excellent customer service and a pleasant real estate experience on both sides of the transaction to make the closing as stress free as possible. I am confident in my skills of market knowledge, negotiating, knowledge of home inspections, appraisals, and transaction management & communication with all parties to ensure a smooth closing.
I live and specialize in St. Johns, FL. However, due to the nature of real estate, I am very familiar with all of Jacksonville, Mandarin, St. Augustine, World Golf Village, Fleming Island, Green Cove Spring, Orange Park, Middleburg, and Oakleaf.
Hobbies
I am a proud wife and mom to 2 wonderful sons. We enjoy traveling, the beach, water activities, theater, movies, and local sports & events when we can.
In my spare time, I volunteer at Our Lady of Good Council Parish, Dining with Dignity, Westminster Retirement Community, and teach religious education.
